I Love My Rig started as a Facebook page for people who love big trucks. Today more than 55,000 drivers, retired drivers and truck fans follow it.

This site holds the explainers behind the page's daily Reels: how the equipment works, what the rules actually say, and the stories of classic rigs. Each one is written to answer a real question in plain words.

How the explainers are made

Each explainer is researched and drafted with the help of AI tools. Before it goes up, every factual claim is checked against established sources such as FMCSA rules, CDL manuals and manufacturer documentation, and anything we can't confirm is left out.

We are not drivers, and we don't pretend to be. When a rule differs by state, by province or in Canada, we say so instead of guessing.
